A British developer from Nottingham founded by several ex-Rare staffers in April 1999, was best known for the TimeSplitters franchise. On February 3rd, 2009, the studio was acquired by Crytek and renamed to Crytek UK. They were later closed in 2014.
However, in May 2021, the company was reformed under Deep Silver to develop a new TimeSplitters game, but they were closed down again on December 11th, 2023, due to financial woes at Embracer Group.
