Maelstrom Cutscene Glitch#
Viewing the cutscenes "Welcome Aboard the Maelstrom" or "Something in Common" of Chapter One: Encounters in the Events Theater and immediately skipping them will cause the game to load Rex into an empty void where he instantly dies.
