PlayStation 2 Version Exclusive Out Of Bounds Glitch#
Watch on YouTubeThe PS2 version of the game contains a strange glitch in the level "More Than Meets The Eye" Where there is a bridge with water, if you go into the water and touch the bridge at the same time, the screen will fade as normal but instead of respawning you on the map, it'll instead spawn you way out of the map going thousands of MPH. This glitch doesn't work on any other version of the game.
Pause Glitch#
Watch on YouTubeIn all versions is this strange pause glitch. In order to perform it, select one of the Cybertron missions and beat it. When you see the Level Complete text. Mash the continue button as fast as you can. You'll see your character for half a second and press pause immediately and the glitch will activate. The glitch has the character facing forward, pressing up will make the character spin really fast. Pressing left or right will do the same, albeit slightly slower. There is no audio. Transforming will have the same camera angle. Pausing will freeze the game. The only way to fix it is to die in the level and trigger the "You Have Been Defeated!" text. Now pause and exit and it'll be fixed. Pausing after dying but not quitting the level will have the sound return but the glitchy controls will remain. Interestingly performing this glitch and playing on the Cybetron levels will have the controls and camera normal just with no sound. Playing the Final Boss levels will have it function normally but with no sound. Interestingly, the character icon will pop up but the icon never goes away once it does.
