Capricorn Shard has no effect#
The Capricorn Shard is intended to modify the holder's growth rates, but the code that checks for this item unintentionally excludes it: The game's check for the item IDs when applying growth rate modifications checks ≥6E to <79, whereas the Capricorn Shard's ID is 79, meaning its effect is never activated.
