isxc 0.5: a multi-ISX -> ROM converter for IS-SYSTEM ICE/ISX binary files

usage: isxc [options] isx/ice_path1 [isx_path2] ...

options:
   -h: display this help message
   -v: enable verbose logging

-q: don't write any output files
-i: print info about all ROM banks
-u: leave ROM data untouched (no checksum calculations etc)
-gb: force processing as GB ROM
(sets nintendo logo data, recalcs checksums & uses 0x4000 bank size)

-p sizeKiB/MiB: pads output to multiple of this size (eg. -pad 1MB)
-pb byte: set value for ROM padding, eg. -p 0xFF (default 0x00)
-b bank_size: set size of banks used on target system (default 0x4000)
(eg. 0x4000 for GB, 0x10000 for SNES)
   -o output_path: ROM output filename
(symbols saved to same name with .sym extension)

If output path isn't specified, ROM will be saved to first_input_filename.bin (or .gb/.gbc if detected as GB ROM)

By default isxc won't print bank info, but will print a warning if any banks are oversized
Any binary overlaps will also trigger a warning, eg. if two ISX files write into the same bank & address

The encrypted source-files section (type 0x20) inside certain ISX files will also be displayed when using -v or -i

isxc also has support for parsing ICE debugger files (*.ICE) into a ROM image
These files tell IS debuggers which external files are to be included into which ROM bank
isxc can use this information to assemble a complete ROM, even if these banks aren't linked as ISX files!
(supported include filetypes are ISX, HEX & binary - if you have any problems please let me know!)
